Professional 2 – Remuneration Package $106,626 – $126,803 Rehabilitation Services Darwin, Palmerston One full time ongoing vacancy is available An exciting opportunity waits for a Psychologist to join our Sub‑Acute Psychologist team The Role As a Psychologist you will ensure delivery of a high quality, culturally appropriate and evidence based psychological inpatient service as part of a multi‑disciplinary team within sub‑acute services. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of senior clinicians and management, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship to thrive in your role. About you Relevant qualifications in psychology that meet unconditional registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Provide evidence based psychological services to clients within a multidisciplinary framework under supervision of the Senior Psychologist. Provide advice to the Senior Psychologist and management on program and clinical issues in psychology clinical area. Provide supervision and/or support to students and relevant staff. Manage a caseload in a timely manner and re‑prioritise tasks to ensure timelines are met. Participate in quality improvement and service development activities at a local or regional level to ensure contemporary psychological services to meet patient outcomes. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary team leadership practices and role modelling behaviour in accordance with TEHS cultural charter.
