Board Volunteer - Partnerships / Community Engagement The Australian Multicultural Community Centre (AUSMCC) is a not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to supporting migrants, refugees, and culturally diverse communities to participate fully in Australian society. We provide programs, advocacy, and services to remove barriers, foster inclusion, and build stronger communities. We are seeking a passionate and skilled volunteer to join our Board of Directors. This is a voluntary Director role carrying the standard governance and fiduciary responsibilities under Australian law. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community organisations, government, and the private sector. Support programs and initiatives that engage multicultural communities. Provide guidance on communication, outreach, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Skills & Experience Relevant experience in partnerships, community engagement, or stakeholder management. Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills. Commitment to AUSMCC’s mission to support multicultural communities. Commitment Approximately 1–2 hours per month, plus occasional events. Term 2 years (renewable).
