The Role: Sales Account Executive As a Sales AE, you’ll be part of a well‑structured Sales Pod , which includes: Account Executives A setter / SDR A Sales Lead Access to product, UX, engineering, and AI specialists when needed You’ll have close support from your Sales Lead for coaching, deal strategy, and ongoing development. What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day Your role is to guide qualified prospects through a confident and consultative sales process. You will: Lead 70–80% of inbound discovery sessions Manage opportunities typically ranging from $50K to $250K+ Prepare clear, structured proposals within 3–5 business days Maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot Adhere to set sales rhythms, budgets and KPI’s Receive ongoing coaching from Senior Sales Leadership to enhance your skills and future growth Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity What You’ll Bring You don’t have to be technical to succeed in this role — but you do need: Confidence and comfort in a sales environment Strong discovery and communication skills Curiosity to understand digital products — with full training provided Commercial judgment around budgets, timelines, and priorities Good organisation and discipline with the process An openness to coaching and learning. Retail, SAAS, or B2B Sales Experience of 1‑2 Years is ideal.
