We are currently seeking Community Support Worker - Domestic Assistants who are looking to connect, care, and make every day comfortable and enjoyable for our clients. As a Community Support Worker - Domestic Assistant , you will be assisting clients with general housework to ensure their home environment remains clean and organised. This is a role that will see you build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families. As a Community Support Worker - Domestic Assistant, you will: Work withّا clients across the Southern Suburbs. Carry out domestic tasks to ensure our client's home environment remains clean and organised. Assist in the preparation of meals for our clients. Support our clients socially and domestically while creating a positive rapport. Encourage and promote independence and freedom of choice. A valid driver’s licence with access to your own vehicle. Ability to work autonomously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to the older people with empathy and understand their needs. Demonstrate flexible decision making and advanced problem‑solving skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks. Enjoy building positive relationships with clients and their families.
