This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong oversight of both service delivery and the commercial operations that support it.Glenray is seeking a values-driven leader with a strong understanding of the disability or human services sector. You will bring proven people leadership at executive level, financial and operational acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and respect. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a collaborative and practical approach.Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or social enterprise would be highly regarded.
