This role will be suited to someone who has a passion for both accounts & billing duties, enjoys maintaining relationships with varying stakeholders, and making a difference Position Description Reporting directly into the Finance Manager and working as part of a team, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following: Billing processes from start to finish in adherence with company policies Timely and accurate processing of invoices Following up overdue accounts Allocation and receipting of payments Account reconciliations Delivering excellent customer service that meets internal and external business customer needs Supporting the wider accounts team Opportunity to be involved in continuous improvement initiatives Additional ad hoc tasks as required Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role along with the following attributes: The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively Highly beneficial to have prior industry experience in aged care, hospital or healthcare What's on Offer Hybrid working model (2 days work from home after onboarding and training has occurred) Office located in Bacchus Marsh Highly supportive leadership team with excellent training provided Initial 6 month fixed term contract with longer term ongoing potential Join an instantly recognisable industry leading business Commence ASAP $75,000 - $80,000 + super (depending on experience) Be part of a successful company and 'make a difference' within their business, among a collaborative team How To Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
