The Fresh Collective is looking for a highly experienced Bartender with Barista skills to join a close-knit team at The Lounge, located onsite at UNSW Kensington. Working with the team the Barista and Bartender will be highly skilled, highly motivated and have exceptional customer service skills. What’s in it for you Full Time hours on offer (Monday to Friday) A fun and motivated team environment Close to public transport Be part of a growing hospitality group â excellent career progression Annual salary at $70,000 plus super The Role Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu Make and serve wine, beers, cocktails, coffees and mixed spirits for the guests Conduct a professional and courteous manner at all times Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming Set up and cleaning of the bar Monday to Friday (Day and Night Shifts) Requirements Minimum 2-year experience in bartending, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues Be a competent Barista with latte art skills Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience Have strong communication skills Hold a valid RSA Must hold full Australian working rights and be available to work a minimum of 12 months Be available to start ASAP To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
