Overview As a Mobile Home Finance Specialist you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the right home loan solutions, offering expert guidance and building lasting relationships along the way. In this role you’ll work closely with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions that meet their needs. Engaging with the community is a big part of what we do, so you’ll actively promote MyState’s products and services through off‑site meetings, events and networking opportunities. Most importantly you’ll be focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring a seamless and stress‑free home lending journey. Responsibilities Build trust and communicate effectively with customers. Proactively grow and maintain relationships. Promote MyState’s products and services through community engagement. Ensure a smooth and stress‑free lending journey for clients. Qualifications We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in the home lending or finance sector. While tertiary or industry qualifications are preferred, what really matters is your drive, initiative and ability to deliver results in a flexible, mobile environment. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
