Someone who has a demonstrated knowledge of financial services industry trends and the generic economic environment and how these effect financial management practices for the individual. A person that likes to make a genuine difference to their local community. The Home Finance Specialist will Identify / Discover customers long and short-term financial goals / strategies and provide product or advisory solutions to enable the customer to create and manage their financial goals. Participate in the effective delivery of Auswides products and services by developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers. Develop and maintain successful business relationships with referral partners. Achieve outstanding service level standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain the external network of sales leads. Qualifications and Experience At least five years experience in a position that directly relates to the sales and relationship functions. Have a broad knowledge about the range of home loan products available in the lending industry and their characteristics. Knowledge of relevant economic environment including the business cycle and market factors and inflation. Understand Real Estate terms and concepts (e.g. Land Titles).
