Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description MARKETING SPECIALIST The Kingston Hotel – Richmond, VIC Full Time Salary: $75,000 – A$85,000 per year + super About Us The Kingston Hotel is a well-established hospitality venue with a strong local presence, offering dining, bar service, and event spaces. Under experienced management, the business continues to grow its brand, customer base, and community engagement. Responsibilities We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and drive our ongoing marketing and business development initiatives. Your role will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing and advertising strategies to promote the Kingston Hotel’s dining, bar, and event offerings. You will work closely with management to strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers, and support revenue growth. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Planning, developing, and coordinating advertising and marketing campaigns to support business and sales objectives Advising management on marketing and advertising strategies to effectively reach target markets and enhance customer engagement Coordinating the production of marketing materials and campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, digital content, and media placement, within agreed timelines and budgets Analysing customer data, booking trends, and campaign performance to understand consumer behaviour and preferences Interpreting current and emerging market trends within the hospitality sector Researching market demand and identifying opportunities for new and existing products, services, and promotions Supporting business growth through the development and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and promotional programs Conducting and commissioning market research to identify new market opportunities Providing advice on the marketing mix, including pricing strategies, promotions, distribution channels, and brand positioning What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or advertising role Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries will be highly regarded Perks & Benefits Competitive salary package Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Opportunity to play a key role in brand growth and market expansion How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role to: *****@thekingston.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
