About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. You will play a key role in coordinating service bookings, liaising between customers and the workshop, and promoting additional services to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide clear and professional communication. Promote and upsell services to maximise workshop efficiency. Coordinate service bookings, prepare cost estimates, and process invoices. Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Maintain Northpoint Toyota’s high standards of customer service and professionalism. About You Experienced – Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar automotive role is highly regarded. Customer-Focused – Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. Organised & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple service appointments efficiently. Mechanically Knowledgeable – A good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs. Professional & Positive – A friendly, team-oriented attitude. Licensed to Drive – A valid driver’s licence and ability to drive manual is required. Why Northpoint Toyota?
