We are currently seeking a Customer CARe Advisor to join our brand-new site in Prospect , commencing in January 2026. The Customer CARe Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility for guiding them through the end to end repair experience. Liaise with insurance company as needed Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions About You: Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems Familiarity with automotive insurance claims, valet experience or Customer Service Dealership experience will be highly desirable A team player who is ready to contribute to our positive work environment Must be a Permanent Resident or have appropriate Australian working rights Check out our social media pages for further information #J-18808-Ljbffr
