Fast paced work, especially during the peak of harvest Opportunity for off season work The Role: This is a hands‑on position responsible for receiving, sorting, drying, and dispatching macadamias. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure machinery runs efficiently, quality standards are met, and accurate records are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor sorting machinery for speed, tonnage, and nut quality. Assist with moisture testing and accurate data recording. Complete operational documentation promptly and accurately. Support maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime. Work varied shifts and in confined spaces as required. Follow all WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment. What We’re Looking For: Experience in agricultural or processing operations (macadamia experience highly regarded). Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Current QLD Driver’s Licence (essential). Forklift Licence – highly desirable.
