The Role and the Team In this hands-on role, youwill excel in : Partneringwith Portfolio leadership and program teams to craft clear, impactful communications. Providingexpert advice on change communications and engagement strategies. Delivering consistent messaging that aligns with our human-centered approach and organisational priorities. You’llpartner with Portfolio leaders and program teams to deliver clear, engaging communications that keep everyone informed and ready forwhat’snext. Part of your charter is to develop and lead change communications strategies that set our people up for success. Your work will play a direct role in enabling our people and our organisation to deliver the capability our global industryneeds today and into the future. Youare instrumental in designingand deliveringengagement activities that make change easier and more meaningful. Workingclosely with internal communications and change management teams to ensure alignment across the organisationis second nature and brings yourexpertiseto the forefront. ABachelor’sdegree in a relevant field or equivalent Strong stakeholder management and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced skillsin Microsoft – ppt, excel and word. Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities whilstmaintainingyour attention to detail andability to prioritise.
