HR Systems Support Officer (Position No: WBS005) Join Mackay Regional Council’s People & Culture team as an HR Systems Support Officer This is a fantastic opportunity to provide operational HR support and contribute to a dynamic, progressive local government. About this opportunity: Deliver timely and efficient operational support for employee services activities, including recruitment, training administration, contract preparation, and records management. Assist with research, data reconciliation, and reporting for key processes such as performance appraisals and probation reviews. Support labour hire administration and training coordination. Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Promote workplace health, safety, and wellbeing across all activities. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Previous experience in HR administration or similar support role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work under general direction and meet deadlines.
