With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.ABOUT THE ROLEThe position is responsible for developing a compelling employment brand, overseeing the hiring process and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees across the business nationwide. You will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals (HR Business Partners and Officers) to ensure a seamless recruitment process by improving the recruitment policy and procedures and managing the recruitment team. This role suits a candidate who feels confident in leading recruitment initiatives with short turnaround times.The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative and encouraging HR team in QLD State Office in Brisbane, who together with this role bring their agile time management skills to achieve desired recruitment outcomes. This role will contribute to the talent strategy, ensuring Sonic HealthPlus is seen as a leader in its field.DUTIESAs the Talent Acquisition Lead your responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support, and foster a collaborative and service-oriented team culture focused on continues learning and professional developmentPartner with hiring managers and HR professionals to provide end-to-end recruitment services nationwide and offering best practice processes.Support recruitment strategies and implement changes aligned with the broader business goals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates across various channels.Uplift hiring manager capability to ensure best practice including to collaborate with the Training Team to develop and deliver hiring manager training programs and resources.Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, including department heads, practice managers and second-in-command (2IC) roles.Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by utilising data-driven insightsManage outsourced recruitment service providers (contractors and agencies) to ensure a high quality, value for money serviceContributing to SHP on-boarding experience and Employee Value Proposition.ABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be well organised and have excellent customer service skills, together with the following:Proven experience as Recruitment Lead or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and interviewing candidatesExceptional organisational and time management skills, including the ability to demonstrate initiative, manage competing priorities, work autonomously and contribute to a team environment.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with candidate and stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to attract and retain top talentFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance through the recruitment processWHY JOIN US?Ongoing training and development opportunitiesStable and reputable national healthcare provider (part of the global Sonic Healthcare)Paid parental leaveEmployee Rewards Program – including significant retail discounts and offersDiscounts on travel, gym membership and health insuranceNovated LeasingDiscounted fees for various medical services e.g. pathology, radiology and travel healthEmployee Assistance ProgramFocus on corporate social responsibility e.g. fundraising, supporting community events*Subject to eligibility criteriaCULTUREAt Sonic HealthPlus we offer a positive workplace culture, close team networks and a supportive work environment.
