We are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Calderwood Valley . The Opportunity This is a key sales role within our Residential Communities and Home Building team. You will manage customer enquiries, convert qualified leads, and represent our brand with professionalism and warmth. Your focus will be to drive strong sales results through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and proactive relationship management with both buyers and local real estate agents. You will also play a leadership role in maintaining high presentation standards across the project and supporting continuous improvement within the sales team. What You Will Do Manage all customer enquiries and sales appointments at Calderwood Convert qualified leads into successful settlements Build and maintain relationships with local agents and referral partners Present and promote SHAWOOD homes and land packages in line with company sales process Coordinate display home and project presentation to the highest standard Manage all documentation, CRM entries, and compliance steps with precision Work collaboratively with marketing, construction, and customer service teams Achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets What You Bring Proven success in new home or land sales (builder or developer background ideal) Current NSW Assistant Agent or Real Estate Licence Excellent communication and influencing skills Self-driven, organised, and customer-focused approach Strong computer literacy and attention to detail Driver’s licence and ability to work weekends Why Join Sekisui House Trusted global brand with more than 60 years of innovation High-quality, sustainable housing and masterplanned communities Consistent sales pipeline and strong brand awareness Supportive and professional team culture Competitive base salary + generous commission structure + allowances If you are passionate about helping people find their dream home and want to represent one of the most trusted names in the industry, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
