The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Commercial / Business Finance Broker to join our team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on autonomy, consultative selling, and delivering high-quality finance solutions for business clients. What You’ll Do Manage inbound and self-generated SME and commercial finance leads Analyse client financials and funding requirements Structure deals and prepare funding proposals Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive terms Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners Deliver outstanding service and maintain high conversion rates What We’re Looking For Minimum 2–3+ years' experience as a commercial, business, or asset finance broker Strong knowledge of lending products: unsecured loans, asset finance, commercial mortgages, invoice / disc. facilities, bridging finance, etc. Confident in structuring complex deals and reading financial statements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission / bonus structure Warm leads and marketing support Access to a broad panel of lenders Career progression and professional development Supportive, collaborative team culture Please note: Only short listed applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
