To support this growth, we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth. The Role This is a key role for a client-focused, commercially minded professional who’s passionate about building strong relationships and delivering tangible results. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, developing a deep understanding of their operations to deliver tailored solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Working closely with our Sales, Support, and Operations teams, you’ll ensure every client experience reflects the quality and innovation Swift is known for. This role can be based in Perth or Melbourne and offers flexibility and autonomy within a collaborative, supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long term relationships with our clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell. Proactively manage renewals and contracts to achieve retention targets. Deliver superior customer service, ensuring satisfaction and advocacy. Conduct regular client reviews, providing insights and performance reporting. Collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Maintain strong product, market, and competitor knowledge. About You 7+ years' experience in client relationship management, account management or sales. Proven success managing enterprise-level clients. Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging at all levels. Results-driven with a track record in portfolio growth and retention. Skilled in CRM systems and data-driven reporting. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering value to clients. Preferred qualifications and experience Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Experience in Mining & Resources, Hospitality or Residential Aged Care. Why Swift?
