The Opportunity: Step Into a Leadership Role We’re on the lookout for amotivated, client-focused, and outcomes-driven leader to join our growing team. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of care. What you’ll do: Lead with empathy and excellence in delivering community-based rehabilitation and clinical services. Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments using evidence-based tools. Work across diverse age groups (0–65), supporting clients with disability and/or complex conditions. Mentor and inspire fellow clinicians, sharing your expertise to elevate the whole team. Champion a client-centric approach that prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life.
