This is a senior leadership role reporting into the General Manager, Marketing and Communications and is a rare opportunity for a visionary leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results. You will lead the reimagining of a future-focused digital ecosystem aligned with BaptistCare’s mission and growth objectives. You will: Set the vision, inspire your team, and actively drive digital initiatives, balancing leadership with hands‑on execution. Use data‑driven insights, targeted campaigns, and innovative technologies to grow our community and manage daily digital operations. Oversee digital performance, website management, CRM, intranet, SEO, and customer portals, ensuring secure and seamless experiences. Foster innovation, drive digital transformation and empower your team. Collaborate with marketing, product, IT, and external partners to integrate digital initiatives and achieve strategic outcomes. About You You will bring experience in not only building and leading high‑performing teams but also in scaling a business through online platforms. Demonstrate A bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Proven leadership in digital marketing, CRM, web management, and digital transformation. Strategic vision, agility, and a passion for leveraging technology to create positive change. Strong communication, analytical, and team‑building skills. Dedication to ongoing learning and staying ahead of digital trends.
