ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is an incredible opportunity for you to join a team whose primary mission is to help keep people safe, and its purpose is to improve people's lives through education. Day to day, you will be responsible for delivering market‑leading workplace health and safety training programs primarily face‑to‑face, in an interactive classroom environment, with pre‑course work being undertaken online. You will be required to monitor and support students over the enrolment period and during the course using a Moodle e‑learning platform. FULLTIME AND CASUAL ROLES AVAILABLE. ABOUT YOU You are a talented, positive and passionate trainer who enjoys training and engaging with a broad group of people. Some of your other talents include: Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to create an inclusive, engaging and learner‑focused training environment. Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Essential Qualifications & Experience TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential). Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419) or a higher qualification in WHS/OHS (highly desirable). Proven experience in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) role, particularly where it supports the delivery of the WA‑mandated WorkSafe Health and Safety Representative (HSR) training course.
