About the Role We are seeking Production Operators to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis based at our brand‑new facility in Wingfield SA. Key Responsibilities Move products safely as required Carry out blasting of pipes and fittings to ensure correct surface preparation for coating Apply protective coatings to pipes and fittings in line with AVK quality standards and specifications Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety policies and procedures Record coating and blasting data accurately and report any equipment or process issues Skills & Experience Previous experience in blasting and/or industrial coating operations will be highly regarded High level of attention to detail Hands‑on approach with the ability to perform manual tasks safely and effectively Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously with minimal supervision Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to evolving operational requirements Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic A valid forklift licence is desirable but not essential Familiarity with surface preparation techniques, coating applications, or related manufacturing processes is advantageous The recruitment process has a pre‑employment medical assessment which includes drug and alcohol testing.
