Behaviour Support Practitioner – Contractor Role (Core and Above) Location: Melbourne and surrounding areas Company: Gibelli Positive Pathways Work type: Contractor (ABN required) – Flexible and autonomous Gibelli Positive Pathways is a growing behaviour support service in Melbourne. We believe behaviour support should feel human, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Our goal is simple: to help people build calm, confident, and connected lives through understanding, empathy, and practical strategies that actually work. We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) already registered at Core level or above to provide 1:1 support, develop person‑centred behaviour support plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and support networks. This contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy.
