We are currently seeking a National Operations Administrator for our National Operations Centre based in Moorebank, NSW . This role is a Full-Time position, based on 38 hours per week and covers shifts between the hours of 7am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The Role: Receive, update and manage client work orders via phone, email and online portals. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding status and change of work order requests. Efficiently raise work orders in accordance with order type and job priority. Confirm status of works in progress, ensuring system data is maintained and documentation is received and validated. Selection Criteria: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and administration skills. Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 1 year experience in a similar customer service or administration role preferred. Why Grosvenor?
