Event Co-ordinators needed for busy city venues We're looking for 2 x experienced Event Planners to join our teams in Barangaroo & The Rocks, Sydney. Your Role As an Event Planner, you'll oversee the client journey from post-sale through to event delivery—ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience every step of the way. Responsibilities Coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences and corporate events Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements and expectations Preparing accurate floorplans, function sheets and event documentation Managing invoices, payments, and financial reconciliations Conduct pre & post event meetings Strong interpersonal and communication skills To work closely with the venues greater team Conduct site inspections Client Meet & Greets Working Week: Monday - Friday About You A strong work ethic with a positive attitude High attention to detail and ability to multitask Exceptional organisational and time management skills Solution-focussed, proactive and calm under pressure Proficient in Microsoft office Experience with Priava software is highly desirable Skills & Experience A minimum of 2 years' experience in an event coordination role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple events at once Confidence in delivering outstanding service and upselling Ability to handle high level of administration/all computer based Full Australian working rights (required) Our team prides themselves on being strong event professionals We have a passion for the industry and believe in having a can-do attitude.
