Position Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Junior Finance Business Partner (detail‑oriented role). Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with FP&A, FA and the wider Finance department. Responsibilities In this busy role you will be responsible for: Financial and non‑financial analysis, modelling and insights Contributing to budgeting and forecasting Long‑term strategic planning, business case development and process improvement Commercial decision support to operational stakeholders Setting the pace and driving the commercial finance function Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce (or equivalent) CPA/CA/CIMA qualified or working towards Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare, aged care or multi‑site operations Skills in data analytics, business intelligence and Power BI or similar Advanced Excel skills with ability to build financial models Excellent understanding of costing models Business partnership and stakeholder management skills Experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday or similar reporting tools Willingness to obtain a Police Check Benefits Additional leave days, salary packaging, fitness benefits, paid parental and family leave, long service leave after five years.
