Tax & Accounting Compliance Preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals Preparing and reviewing BAS, IAS, and FBT returns Supporting year-end tax planning and reconciliations Applying correct treatments to tax matters (e.g., Div 7A, CGT, trust distributions, business acquisitions), with one-on-one support from the director as needed Managing ATO correspondence and ensuring compliance obligations are met Communicating clearly around technical and compliance issues with both the team, and with clients Team Contribution & Review Review work prepared by less experienced team members Providing technical guidance and structured feedback where appropriate Helping maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across compliance jobs Contributing ideas to improve workflows and processes Software & Systems Working with Xero, Karbon, FYI, and Business Fitness Active Workpapers Using automation and structured workpapers to ensure accurate, efficient delivery Following established processes and collaborating closely with the management team Structured Support So You Can Focus on the Work We want you focused on delivering great accounting and tax work.
