About the Opportunity We’re looking for multiple Warehouse Trainers – Picking & Packing – to join our National Logistics Training team. This newly created role is all about delivering hands‑on training for warehouse team members starting with picking and packing and expanding across other operational areas in the future. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, coaching and helping create a safe high‑performing and engaged warehouse team. In this Role You Will Deliver practical on‑the‑job training in picking, packing, safety and equipment use Maintain and update training materials, SOPs and competency checklists Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve accuracy, speed and safety Support onboarding of new starters across operational areas Promote best practices in manual handling and warehouse safety Collaborate with senior trainers and leaders to identify training needs Assist with further coaching or operational support when required Contribute to cultural development and team engagement within the warehouse You’re Likely a Match If You Have Recent warehouse experience in Picking and Packing (minimum 3 months) Ability to competently operate an EPJ (Electronic Pallet Jack) Strong communication skills and the confidence to coach others Previous experience in training or coaching (any field) A proactive, hands‑on mindset with a passion for developing people Intermediate English literacy and numeracy skills Flexibility to work 5 days per week (minimum 30 hours) (Desirable) Experience with Vocollect / Voice Pick, a second language or technical training What’s on Offer We’re proud to offer a workplace that supports your well‑being, growth and belonging.
