Your New Role As the House Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for Myxa participants, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements and NDIS practice standards. Lead and support a team of Disability Support Workers in an accommodation setting Manage daily operations of support services Collaborate with participants' care teams, including allied health professionals, to ensure care plans are met and services are delivered at the highest standard Regularly review and update participant documentation Induct new support staff Conduct supervision sessions with support staff Address team conflicts and performance issues Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions Identify, report, and follow up on workplace health and safety matters Manage and report incidents What You’ll Need to Succeed We seek a compassionate and reliable individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You should have previous experience and a solid understanding of the NDIS, including its practice standards and participant support requirements.
