About the Role Comfort Keepers are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to lead our Scheduling Team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire to provide a high standard of customer service to our clients by coordinating the scheduling team. This is for maternity cover, with the possibility of a permanent role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is crucial in providing leadership and support to the scheduling team to ensure our Community Support Workers are utilised efficiently to provide high quality outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities Leading the daily operations of the Scheduling Team to roster client services based on staff location, availability, skills and preferences. Update, create, and implement new workflows and processes for the Scheduling Team. Investigate rostering complaints and enquiries to influence process development. Lead, mentor, and support the schedulers to deliver exceptional customer service. Backup and undertake daily rostering functions to support the team when required. Monitor rostering data and provide reporting to the Operations Manager. About You Demonstrated experience in leading a team to meet best service delivery outcomes for clients. Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve high standards. Experience working in a high‑paced customer service environment. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and written communication skills. Competent in all Microsoft Office software and rostering software, (TurnPoint desirable). Previous experience in scheduling in an Aged Care and/or disability environment. High level attention to detail and accuracy in your work. Demonstrated collaborative team work and problem solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
