Scheduling Team Leader | Full Time | Regional NSW and WA Full‑time role working one day from the local home care office Empower older people to stay at home Competitive salary + Not-for‑profit tax free benefits About the Role As a Scheduling Team Leader, you will support the efficient delivery of home services across Regional NSW (Central West, Mid‑State & Murrumbidgee) and WA. You will provide the highest quality customer service, in line with Baptist Care’s service scheduling principles, and supervise the Scheduling team to ensure service delivery KPIs and efficiency targets are met. Responsibilities Schedule services for care workers, matching customer needs, worker skill level and availability to maximise best fit for the customer and business. Allocate work to care workers timely according to their skill set and geographical location. Ensure all services are covered and workers are fully utilised, minimising overtime and downtime. Match care worker qualifications with customer and carer requirements. Manage day‑to‑day urgent situations and roster urgent tasks promptly. Serve as on‑call roster on a rotating basis. About You Proficiency in operating customer databases and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in a similar role in aged care/health care is advantageous. Flair for problem‑solving and a flexible, can‑do attitude. Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and multi‑tasking ability. Capability to work under minimum supervision and collaborate within a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, families, staff and stakeholders. Understanding of human resource management and team complexity.
