Therefore, due to winning a new major contract, we are excited to invite applications for full time shift work Live Run Support / Data Coordinators to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office. As our trains operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position will provide full time hours, on a rotating shift roster basis. This role is the perfect introduction to the Rail Industry and will provide the successful applicant with a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team. Duties involved, but not limited to: To capture and manage live data of the train operations to ensure the organisation meets all relevant legislative and operational requirements. To support the Live Run Coordinator as required to allow them to efficiently manage the train operations to plan. Data entry of live data into various Operating Systems and Databases. Submit and communication of live data to relevant parties and stakeholders. Liaise with train drivers and management to ensure compliance to regulations. The successful applicant must demonstrate the following: Passion for Trains and the Rail Industry not essential, but highly regarded. Available to work on a rotating shift roster basis including a variety of day and night shifts. Past experience working in a fast paced environment. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods. Database experience, with a strong knowledge of Excel. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Clear, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills. Professional and reliable work ethic. Current National Police Check or willingness to provide one.
