Pay Davidson provided pay range. This range is provided by Davidson. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What YouromDoing Mobilise, recruit, and lead a team of supervisors, schedulers, logistics, and field staff. Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery to agreed KPIs. Drive a safe, productive, and values-driven team culture from the ground up. Streamline compliance and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Oversee financial performance of the contract, including cost control, reporting, and performance outcomes. Partner with senior leaders to shape the business's growth in Queensland. About You We\'re looking for a people-focused leader who is energetic, engaging, and highly responsive – someone who builds trust quickly and keeps communication flowing. Honest, transparent, and open to feedback – a leader who works in partnership with their client and team. Experienced in managing contracts, projects, or operations within construction, utilities, or related industries (direct sector experience not required). Ready to step up – an "up and comer" with the right attitude, drive, and initiative to treat this contract as their own.
