Your mission is to listen intently, discover what truly matters to each individual, and guide them towards services that resonate with their personal preferences, needs, and strengths. It’s about painting a picture of possibilities, navigating through available options, and sometimes, creatively bending the system to tailor services that genuinely meet community needs. A passion for continuous improvement, seeking feedback, and following up to ensure services not only meet but exceed expectations. Degree in Social Work, Nursing or other Allied Health Professions. NDISWS and WWCC. Driver’s License. Maintain ongoing communication with service users and providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey. Champion the ethos of personalised, strengths‑based care, striving to make every service interaction as if it were for a friend or loved one.
