We’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Construction Supervisor with solid construction knowledge, strong coordination skills, and experience managing jobs from concept design through to installation. This role includes hands‑on involvement in the transportable building sector, particularly working with EPS panel systems and steel frame construction. About the Role As our Construction Supervisor, you will oversee a diverse range of projects, ensuring smooth delivery from early design and council submissions to procurement, scheduling, fabrication, and onsite installation. You’ll work closely with clients, councils, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Supervise projects within the transportable building sector, including EPS panel and steel frame construction Manage projects from initial concept design through to installation & handover Prepare and coordinate DA/BA/council submissions and supporting documentation Liaise directly with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues Oversee material procurement and ordering, including using Xero for purchase orders Coordinate trades, deliveries, scheduling, and fabrication activitiesReview drawings, specifications, certifications, and compliance documentation Ensure workmanship quality and compliance with building codes, council requirements, and safety standards Maintain project budgets, timelines, progress tracking, and reporting Work collaboratively with drafting, design, and operations teams About You Experience in residential or transportable building construction Practical knowledge of EPS panel construction and steel framing Experience with council submissions (DA, BA, CDC or equivalent) Strong organisational and project coordination abilities Confident communication and client liaison skills Ability to read and understand plans and technical drawings Basic computer literacy, including: Microsoft Word (preparing documents) Excel (simple spreadsheets, tracking, budgets) Outlook (emails, scheduling, communication) Xero (basic procurement & purchase orders — training provided) A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities A current driver’s licence Building Practitioner registration – Highly advantageous but not essential Why Join Us?
