This helps to create a client centric culture that empowers us to deliver what it takes to our people and clients, and to help create a life where our clients feel a part of the community and have a life of their choosing.About the role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful applicants will:Liaise with the Client Services Manager to identify the skills and training requirements of the support workers so they are matched appropriately with the clientsTriage emergency calls to the appropriate managers after hoursProvide accurate and timely roster schedules to cover sick leave and other leave requirementsAssist rostering team in the coordination of employee rostersAssist in the maintenance of shift changes and absenteeism to rosterAttend team meetings, training and other meetings as requestedAssist with email coverage from time to timeCommunicate any leave requests to the Senior Rostering OfficerAbility to interpret the Modern Award and apply it to payroll and administration processes as requiredDesired Skills and Experience
