About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to provide critical BAU support and deliver minor enhancements for our Merchandise and Corporate Services platform. Working within a dynamic retail environment, you will ensure the stability of day-to-day operations within SAP ECC. You will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring our pricing, promotions, and procurement processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Support & Maintenance: Manage BAU incidents, service requests, and small enhancements for SAP ECC MM and SD modules. Merchandise Operations: Support critical retail processes including Pricing, Promotions, Procurement, and Sales Order (Order-to-Cash). Data Integrity: Maintain, validate, and troubleshoot merchandise-related master data. Collaboration: Work closely with business users to resolve functional issues and collaborate with integration teams (e.g., POS, Blue Yonder) to maintain system connectivity. Standardization: Ensure all solutions adhere to standard SAP functionality, minimizing unnecessary customization. Strong functional experience in SAP MM and SD specifically within a Retail environment . Solid understanding of core retail processes: Procurement Pricing & Promotions Proven experience in Master Data Maintenance . Background in SAP ECC BAU operations, including incident resolution, testing, and documentation. Understanding of integration touchpoints with downstream retail systems (e.g., POS, Allocation). Desirable Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to Blue Yonder Allocation or Demand & Forecast. Functional experience troubleshooting SAP PI/PO or MuleSoft interfaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr
