As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Retail Supervisor that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment for our Townsville store in QLD. Our Townsville Store is located at: Kiosk 026, Stockland Townsville 310 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814 Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and increase sales of products Reach the targets and goals set for your store Monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets Store Operations Management Manage store staff by providing direction and facilitating additional training where required Monitor stock level to ensure sufficient inventory is available at the store Maintain the security and safety of the store Product management including ordering, receiving, handling damaged products and returns Inspire and influence teams to deliver experiences and results that build customer loyalty Supervision and Administration Manage and implement store rosters to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and workloads Monitor staffs' attendance and report to relevant departments Recruit employees for the store by conducting interviews Coordinate staff training program based on organizational and employee needs Deliver staff performance reviews Please DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION if you are overseas as we want someone who can start immediately Other Requirements Previous experience within the retail industry including retail store operations and customer service Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management Proven ability in managing and mentoring teams to reach their full potential to succeed within the business Achievement of Sales KPI's and completion of goals Exceptional communication and time management skills Mobile Phone and Table repairs skills highly regarded *Full Time position *Salary range AUD75,000 - AUD80,000 This is your chance to develop your career and be part of an amazing journey of transforming Australia's industry leader to become the best on the global stage.
