Graduate Accounts Assistant – Retail Automotive Dealership Graduate Accounts Assistant - Retail Automotive Dealership Award winning Multi franchised Dealership Group Full Time Position - Great supportive team environment Office location - Hoppers Crossing, 20 mins West of Melbourne Entry Level-Graduate Accounts Assistant in Melbourne's West Werribee & Western Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our corporate accounts team. Offering great hands-on experience working along experienced industry professionals, this role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate looking to build a long-term career working across a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with creditor invoice processing and ensuring accurate, timely payments Supporting accounts receivable and daily banking Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records Preparing monthly reconciliations to ensure integrity and accuracy of accounts Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports Supporting the management team with various accounting tasks Assisting with deal processing and related administrative duties The successful applicant will ideally have: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Demonstrated accounts/administration capability and a willingness to learn If you’re ready to begin your accounting career with an established and supportive automotive group and can demonstrate a strong alignment with the above criteria email your interest through to or give us a call on .
