Please submit your We are a rapidly growing retail business with a busy storefront and expanding online store, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and professional Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, an interest in the firearms and sporting goods industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. About the Role This is a varied, hands‑on position involving both in‑store retail and online ecommerce operations. You’ll play an important part in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the online side of the business. Role Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service and handling in‑store enquiries Managing incoming phone calls and customer queries Maintaining a clean, organised and well‑presented showroom Restocking shelves, merchandising products and assisting with store displays Updating website product listings and supporting online sales Responding to online enquiries in a timely and professional manner Picking, packing and shipping online orders General retail and warehouse‑style duties as required Key Selection Criteria: Skills & Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience (highly regarded) Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system experience Merchandising and stock presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong general computer and online skills Experience with ecommerce platforms or online sales (advantageous) Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Ability to work 16–42 hours per week (flexible hours; job share available) Availability to work some Saturday mornings Must hold a current firearms licence (essential for the role) #J-18808-Ljbffr
