Learning & Teaching Coordinator Faculty of Society & Design, Part‑time (up to 0.6 FTE), Fixed term for 1 year, 12% superannuation per annum. The Learning & Teaching Coordinator (LTC) supports the Faculty of Society & Design (FSD) in delivering high‑quality learning and teaching outcomes by interpreting policies and recommending improvements to curriculum and assessment processes for FSD programs. Key functions include effective delivery of curriculum administration, portfolio projects, quality assurance activities, and compliance with University policies and procedures. Working collaboratively with academic and professional staff, this position supports the Faculty’s learning & teaching strategic objectives with a focus on delivering a high‑quality student experience. Ability to assist with report preparation through accurate data collection, verification, basic analysis, and formatting. Understanding of curriculum administration and compliance in a tertiary education environment. Advanced IT literacy skills with high‑level proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Salary Details The salary for this 0.6 FTE position commences at $49,926.45 per annum (Full‑time Equivalent is $83,210.75 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum. The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to one year, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
