About The Role As the Operations Lead responsible for duty management to play a key role across Dandenong Stadium and Springers Leisure Centre. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our venues operate safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. You’ll lead daily operations, support and guide the wider team, and act as the vital link between frontline staff and the leadership team. This position includes a regular weekend shift and we value work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible options, including part-time, to suit the right person.
