Join a collaborative team shaping the future of digital healthcare Hybrid, flexible working arrangements 12-month fixed term contract Locations: Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide About the role We are seeking an experienced Electronic Medication Management (eMM) Consultant with a Pharmacy background to lead the deployment of our medication management software solutions in healthcare facilities. This specialist role requires deep expertise in medication administration processes, clinical workflows and health IT implementation to ensure safe, effective adoption of our eMM systems across diverse healthcare settings. The eMM Consultant will have responsibility for the configuration and deployment of the solution to support electronic medication management processes. They will develop an understanding of the eMM workflows in the scope of our overall solution to ensure that end-to-end clinical workflows are supported. They will support our Clinical Risk Management process and liaise closely with the CMIO, CCIO and other clinical roles in the organisation. This role will have and will maintain a thorough understanding of Australian medication management legislation, regulation and professional practice standards including Australian pharmaceutical standards, PBS/RPBS, AMT, formulary management and clinical pharmacy practices. This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract role. You understand the complexities of medication workflows and safety, and you’re confident working with clinical and technical teams to shape technology that improves patient outcomes. You bring: Clinical pharmacy expertise and a thorough understanding of the Australian medication use process Hands‑on experience with electronic medication management systems and healthcare IT implementations Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including pharmacy, nursing, clinical and IT teams Familiarity with Australian pharmaceutical standards, PBS/RPBS, AMT, and clinical governance frameworks A collaborative mindset and a commitment to improving healthcare through innovation You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this position.
