Director, Agribusiness – Colliers Perth Colliers, an enterprising global real‑estate services provider, is seeking a Director, Agribusiness to join our high‑performing Valuation & Advisory Services team based in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will work across Australia’s premier agricultural assets, delivering best‑in‑class valuation services and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead valuation work for a broad selection of agribusiness property, including dryland and irrigated cropping, pasture grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and horticulture. Provide high‑quality property valuations and quality assurance for private, corporate, institutional and financial clients. Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team and other service lines across Colliers. Travel to regional and remote areas of WA as required. Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development, owning new and existing client relationships. Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines. Qualifications Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years’ experience post‑CPV qualification. Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation. Problem‑solving and analytical ability to generate information that supports sound business decisions. Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
