About Us Agvise is a well-established and well-known specialist agricultural consulting business that has been operating for more than 25 years. Our firm has a strong emphasis on providing advice in business management and grain marketing to broadacre farm businesses. We have a team of experienced consultants that analyse businesses financial and other farming data and lay out all the key metrics required to monitor and make sense of farming operations. We then look objectively at the key challenges and issues and work through them with clients. We consider how businesses can reduce costs, become leaner, improve profitability, and free up capital. Agvise can also provide clients with due diligence on acquisitions they may be considering. Agvise think financially, operationally, and strategically; and this over time lays the foundations for a successful business. Your Role & Impact Take charge of inboxes and calendars – Manage communications and scheduling for three Senior Consultants. Prioritise emails, draft responses, liaise with clients, and keep everything organised. Lead the meeting rhythm – Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture clear minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Support client delivery – Assist with proposals, review and analyse client data, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain key trackers for opportunities and contracts. Embrace technology – Use AI and modern tools to research, summarise, draft, and streamline reporting and administrative tasks. Be the trusted link – Act as a professional, discreet point of contact for clients and internal teams, stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving. Work closely with consultants – Interpret and analyse technical agricultural and financial information, prepare detailed farm business reports, and share findings with clients. Maintain accurate records – Manage client databases and contact lists. About You Experienced EA/PA supporting senior leaders (GM, Director, C‑suite or similar). Highly skilled in Outlook and Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word. Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail. Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights. Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Genuine interest in AI, automation, and process improvement. Passionate about going above and beyond to enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Desirable: Knowledge of broadacre farming systems and livestock enterprises, plus experience preparing farm budgets and business analysis. Desirable: Skills or experience in financial analysis, business reporting, and proficiency with accounting software (Xero, Agrimaster, Phoenix). Professional, helpful, and enthusiastic team player with strong problem‑solving skills, initiative, and a drive for efficiency.
