About the Role Onto the exciting part… the group has just launched a brand-new Pre-Delivery & Distribution Centre, and with this growth comes the need for a dedicated Pre-Delivery Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Pre-Delivery Manager, you’ll be the key link that keeps everything moving. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities Oversee the intake and allocation of incoming vehicles Coordinate workflow between fitters, detailers, workshop teams, and sales Manage job statuses, timelines, and documentation to ensure on‑time delivery Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication across all stages Maintain accurate records, purchase orders, and system updates Support process improvements within a newly established facility Ensure vehicles leave the centre customer‑ready and to brand standards Salary Expectations $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (Overtime available — offering strong earning potential if you want the extra hours) Candidate Profile Strong administrative and organisational capabilities, especially around scheduling, dispatch or workflow management Experience in automotive, transport, freight, warehousing, fleet, parts, service coordination, production or similar environments (highly desirable) Confidence dealing with drivers, suppliers, dealerships and internal teams A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a drive to keep things on track Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to pick up internal systems quickly) A genuine interest in vehicles and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly and on schedule Why Join?
