Meet diverse student needs with appropriate content and pedagogy. Engage in professional development and coaching. Create a child-safe environment per standards. Participate in safety training and follow policies. Follow the Child Safety Code of Conduct. Report safety concerns following policies. Respect student views and promote the school's values. Teach senior curriculum areas. Maintain attendance and progress records. Manage students effectively per strategic plans. Attend staff meetings and participate in devotions and prayer. This full-time secondary position is due to start as soon as possible. About You & Qualifications Seeking a committed Christian educator with secondary teaching experience; VCE experience is highly desirable. Legal right to work in Australia Proof of identity Recognised teaching qualification Working with Children Check clearance (if applicable) Registered with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) References and statements of service from previous child-related roles Additional Qualities Strong Christian faith and ability to share it. Commitment to improving student outcomes. High expectations academically and behaviourally. Excellent communication and relationship skills. Servant-hearted attitude. Organisational skills.
