The Role As Head Chef, you will lead the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation of a busy commercial kitchen, ensuring exceptional food service every day. Oversee all daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistently high culinary standards Ensure quality food preparation and presentation that meets dietary needs, including allergies and special requests Manage staff rosters, inventory ordering, stock control, and uphold strict food safety compliance Lead, mentor, and train your kitchen team to build a motivated, skilled, and cohesive crew Drive recruitment and onboarding to create a strong and reliable workforce Deliver seamless service that guarantees every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
