Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for smart, self‑driven, high‑energy people with top‑notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for analytics. Our analysts have a blend of in‑depth domain expertise in one or more areas, strong business acumen, and excellent soft skills. Work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys’ largest and most successful clients in Australia. Essential Skills 5+ Years of Experience with Bachelors or Masters in any engineering or Science discipline, quantitative discipline (Data Science/Analytics/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence/Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or equivalent), CFA, MBAs, MS Finance or other relevant degree with relevant experience in the field of Analytics Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g. R & Python) Hands‑on experience in Statistical & Machine learning Techniques. Experience in Advanced Analytics & NLP, Deep Learning, i.e., Neural networks and platforms like TensorFlow, Keras etc. Candidate needs to understand the requirement from Business teams, determine the architecture, set up the platform and help build the Client models to drive the use cases. Involved in complex coding activities of AI/Client model development. Experience of working on a project end‑to‑end: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, visualizations, modelling and insights, deployment. Understanding of various Analytical Tools, Platform & Frameworks including Cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure), Hadoop and PYSPARK. Experience in optimization (linear, mixed integer, constraint programming), simulation, rule‑based scoring and/or predictive analytics. Forecasting, Billing and Device Analytics, Operations Analytics, Recommendation Analytics etc. Understand the models created for a business problem and translate this into a technical solution using R / Python or equivalent tools; Good understanding of Big data and Machine learning technology and tools such as Hadoop, Mongo DB. Familiarity with database query tools (SQL). Basic understanding of data warehouse architecture Preferred / Good to Have Telecom Domain experience highly preferred Additional Skills Domain knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS, Order/Product Management Life Cycle Knowledge of OSS/BSS package tools like Siebel, OM, Billing Systems etc. Log Checking using Splunk #J-18808-Ljbffr
